At Scrivens, we take a lot of pride in reviewing and updating our range of services to meet the evolving needs of our clients.

With that in mind, I urge you to read Shawn Ryan’s article describing employee benefit plans and the excellent service Scrivens now provides.

Scrivens works directly with companies to offer their employees the benefits they need. Some of these group benefits include critical illness, long-term care, life, health, and dental insurance plans.

Ken Browness asks some great questions about how well your financial plan manages risk. He gives some valuable advice on how to best manage your portfolio’s risk.

Distracted driving continues to be the leading cause of automobile collisions.

This is not a new phenomenon and I am sure you are taking the best precautions with your employees to ensure they are driving distraction-free.

This has made us stress the importance of explaining the difference between "Actual Cash Value" and "Replacement Cost" for property insurance policies. Karen Spencer outlines the differences and emphasizes the value of considering how much your home will cost to rebuild rather than how much it is worth on the "market".

Internet privacy has become a large concern for businesses and individuals alike. The internet is an incredible resource but understanding the risks of cyber threats like phishing, spyware, and cookies will ensure your time online is safe and secure. Read Karen's tips on how to protect yourself on the internet.

I would like to take this time to acknowledge the hard-working staff at Scrivens responsible for creating these newsletters.

The countless hours of research and writing are truly worth the valuable information they all provide to you.

Please help share this sentiment by thanking them on our social media or emailing them directly.
